Sales Representative

Right Hand Rhino | $60,000–$80,000+ | Full-Time.

This is not a retail or call-center sales job.

Right Hand Rhino is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial window-cleaning business by selling recurring services to local storefronts, restaurants, and retail businesses.

You’ll sell a simple, proven service backed by an established brand and operations team. If you like autonomy, field sales, and being paid for results, this role fits.

What You’ll Do:

Prospect and close new B2B commercial accounts.
Swing 50 commercial doors a day.
Sell recurring window-cleaning services by walking in to each business in your area.
Work assigned territories and self-source leads.
Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
Coordinate with local operations.
Track activity using simple CRM tools.

This is an active, field-based sales role—not a desk job.

Compensation:

Base pay: $31,200/year.
8% uncapped commission.
Performance bonuses.
Expected first-year earnings: $60,000–$80,000.

This Role Is a Good Fit If You:

Have B2B or field sales experience.
Are comfortable prospecting.
Manage your own time well.
Are motivated by commission and results.
Can travel locally in the Tampa metro area.
