Sales Representative

This is not a retail or call-center sales job.
Right Hand Rhino is hiring an Outside Sales Representative to grow our commercial window-cleaning business by selling recurring services to local storefronts, restaurants, and retail businesses.
You’ll sell a simple, proven service backed by an established brand and operations team. If you value autonomy, field sales, and results-based compensation, this role is a good fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and close new B2B commercial accounts.
- Swing 50 commercial doors a day.
- Sell recurring window-cleaning services by walking into each business in your area.
- Work assigned territories and self-source leads.
- Follow up on inbound leads and referrals.
- Coordinate with local operations.
- Track activity using simple CRM tools.
- This is an active, field-based sales role - not a desk job.
Compensation:
- Base pay: $31,200/year.
- 8% uncapped commission.
- Performance bonuses.
- Expected first-year earnings: $70,000-$85,000.
